By using Dreamy Hive, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age or have obtained permission from a parent or guardian to use the App if you are under 13.

Dreamy Hive offers personalized bedtime stories for children using AI-generated content. Users can:

• Generate stories and illustrations.

• Access free and subscription-based content.

• Sync stories, preferences, and achievements using iCloud.

Free users can generate up to 2 stories per day.

Subscribed users can generate up to 10 stories per day and access additional features, including iCloud syncing and enhanced content.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and are managed through the respective app store (Apple App Store).

Payment and Cancellation:

• Payments are processed through third-party app stores and are subject to their terms and conditions.

• Users can cancel their subscription anytime via the respective app store's settings.

The App allows users to generate and customize stories using inputs provided by them.

Users are responsible for the appropriateness of the inputs they provide.

We reserve the right to monitor and moderate any content generated by the App to ensure compliance with our guidelines.

If you are a parent or guardian, you consent to your child's use of Dreamy Hive under your supervision.

The App complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not collect personal data from children under 13.

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App only for its intended purpose.

• Not engage in any activities that could harm or disrupt the App.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the App's functionality.

All content within the App, including stories, illustrations, designs, and software, is owned by Dreamy Hive or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Dreamy Hive uses third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Firestore for data storage.

• Firebase Analytics for tracking app performance.

• OpenAI API for generating stories and illustrations.

By using the App, you agree to the terms and policies of these third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreamy Hive and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the App.

• Any user-generated content.

• Third-party services linked to or integrated with the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed within the App.

We may update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes within the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
