Dreamy Hive offers a free version and a subscription option (monthly or yearly). Payments are handled through the respective app stores (Apple App Store). We do not directly collect or store any payment information. Please refer to the payment processors' policies for more information.

User-generated stories, preferences, stats, and achievements are stored using iCloud to allow syncing across your devices.

Users generate stories and illustrations using the OpenAI API.

Content moderation: Since the content is generated dynamically based on user inputs, we strive to ensure a safe and positive environment. However, users are responsible for inputs used within the App.

Dreamy Hive is designed for children under the age of 13, and we take special care to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We do not collect personal information from children.

Parents and guardians can contact us at support@dreamyhive.app to review or delete their child's stored content.

Free version users can generate 2 stories per day.

Subscribed users can generate up to 10 stories per day and access additional premium features, including iCloud sync and enhanced functionality.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer user data to outside parties, except as necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations.

• Protect the rights and safety of users and the App.

• Utilize third-party services as described in this policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect user data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
